There is a 2nd toilet with a hand basin in the attached outbuilding. Ideal for warm summer BBQ's!

Double bed, marble top dressing table, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and original cast iron fireplace (decorative only) and radiator. Lovely river views.
Bedroom 2
Two single beds, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, original cast iron fireplace (decorative only) and radiator. Lovely river views. A travel cot is provided (without a mattress).

Front garden
Uninterrupted views of the River Deben from the quay to Old Felixstowe and towards Ramsholt.
Back garden
Large garden with stunning views of the river (from a different aspect to the view from the front of the holiday cottage) towards the sea. A barbecue area will be ready for summer 2009, with a table, chairs and a barbecue.
