Fitted oak units, electric cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and radiator.
Large bathroom
Bath, basin, toilet, separate shower unit, shaving socket, mirror and radiator.
Fairly steep staircase to 1st floor.
Bedroom 1
Double bed, marble top dressing table, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and original cast iron fireplace (decorative only) and radiator.

Bedroom 2
Two single beds, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, original cast iron fireplace (decorative only) and radiator. A travel cot is provided (without a mattress).

Front garden
Uninterrupted views of the River Deben from the quay to Old Felixstowe and towards Ramsholt

Back garden
Large garden with stunning views of the river (from a different aspect to the view from the front of the holiday cottage) towards the sea. Summerhouse, patio and built-in barbecue, table and chairs.
2nd Toilet
There is a 2nd toilet with a hand basin in the attached outbuilding.
